Stadsbruk – Commercial testbed Angered

Welcome to Angered’s commercial testbed!

Here, individuals and companies can lease 500 square meters for commercial vegetable farming. It is a first step towards growing vegetables as a part or whole of ones income. The test bed is perfect for those who grow food in their spare time and want to take the next step or wants to start their own business!

Here you can farm about 7 min walking distance from Angered Centrum. On Angered’s testbed you can rent 500 square meters, it costs 1000 kronor a year. The contract is one year old and in order to maintain the lease after the first season, it is necessary to write it on its own company.

For first year growers we have a system with smaller lots, 200 square meters, that can only be leased for one year. Larger plots and more permanent contracts are avaliable from the second year.

At the facility there is access to storage, toilet and parking space as well as water for irrigation. Growers have joint responsability for common amenities.

It is possible to build a greenhouse as long as the property office approves location and model and you are prepared to remove the greenhouse upon departure.

Applications are welcome from late october and  those who are successful are offered a plot during late winter/early spring.
