Slaktarens trädgård (“the Butcher’s Garden”) is a beautiful urban cultivation in Gothenburg with a focus on edible plants and experience.
We grow out of love for plants, to learn more and to give the experience of growing to our visitors. As a side effect, we sell our vegetables and flowers through self-picking (and take some home with us). We are a handful of people who grow together, but from time to time we have the opportunity to become more, so get in touch if you are interested!

Here is also a little film about our urban farm:
Tre Bönor Economic Association has been running the Butcher’s Garden in the Slaughterhouse area in the Old Town since the summer of 2019.
The cultivation came about as a collaboration between Grow Gbg, the property owner Higab AB and The Foodprint Lab architects, where new urban cultivations were formed at three locations in Gothenburg.
