Slaktarens trädgård
Slaktarens trädgård (“the Butcher’s Garden”) is a beautiful urban farm in Gothenburg with a focus on edible plants and experience.
We grow out of love for plants, to learn more and to give the experience of growing to our visitors. As a side effect, we sell our vegetables and flowers through self-picking (and take some home with us). We are a handful of people who grow together, but from time to time we have the opportunity to become more, so get in touch if you are interested! Tre Bönor Economic Association has been running Slaktarens trädgård in the Slakthuset area (the city’s old butchering area) in Gothenburg old town since the summer of 2019.
The cultivation came about as a collaboration between Grow Gbg, the property owner Higab AB and The Foodprint Lab architects, where new urban cultivations were formed at three locations in Gothenburg.
